Responsibilities:

• To be responsible in providing to conduct community liaison and carry out other public relation related works;
• To organize and lead visits / activities to enhance the community’s awareness of waste issues and operation of concerned facilities;
• To prepare presentation materials including brochure, video, posters, PowerPoint, data sheets, and liaises with designated Client officers on organizing and execution of community relations programs;
• To organize and oversee the site tours of Environment Educational Centre;
• To handle complains from Clients and surrounding Neighbours if any;
• To prepare sales and other reports on a regular monthly basis;
• To promote, market and sales of compliant mature compost produced from site;
• To arrange for the Sales of other recyclables from site;
• To cultivate and maintain relationships with Clients, Customers and other Stakeholders;
• To pursue new accounts through lead generation, cold calls and advertising referrals;
• To create sales plans to maximize revenues in certain territories and optimize time spent at each location.;
• To perform sales presentations to client and stakeholders;
• To handle phone sales, email inquiries and referrals at times;
• Any other assignments as assigned by Operation Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing / Business or related discipline;
• At least 5 years’ experience in public relation, sales & marketing experience is required;
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Excellent skills in Communication;
• Good knowledge of PC skills including MS Word and Excel;
• Pro-active, independent and can work under pressure;
• Well-organized, responsible and hard-working.
