Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, organizing and executing all weddings and funerals but not limited to conferences, retreats, and other events / activities from churches and outside groups
• Serve as main contact person for details coordination of the events with internal / external clients, vendors, planners and all relevant parties
• Arrange and manage funerals, wedding interviews & rehearsals, site visits for events
• Source and liaise with suppliers and vendors
• Manage, update bookings in the booking system
• Liaise with building management on all facilities and logistics
• Perform ad hoc work or projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years working experience in event operations & management
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin an advantage)
• Presentable, strong organization skills, attentive to details, multi-tasking, work independently and also a team player
• Good problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required
• Church / NGO background an advantage
• Immediately available preferred
