YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the regional Managing Director, you will responsible to/for:

• Develop trade marketing strategies in line with Global and Regional brand/s directions
• Help shaping the brand identity in the region
• Develop marketing, trade marketing and promotional plans in the region
• Develop new trade marketing tools in line with brand positioning
• Develop and implement promotional activities in the region
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Lead the regional trade marketing implementation through a network of distributors, Key Accounts and own commercial offices

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder, or above, in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years, of which at least 2 in managerial role, solid experience in building trade marketing strategies and implementation
• Experience in Trade Marketing, events, new products/brands launches is a must
• Branding experience is a big plus
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is preferred but not a must
• Good PC knowledge ideally including Microsoft office, Photoshop or similar software
• Ability to work independently and proactively in fast paced global sales and marketing team
• Hands on approach
• Positive thinking and mature with excellent communication skill
