Responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Build and execute both digital and off-line strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages target audiences to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Collaborate with other teams (teaching, design, customer services and administration) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Analyse marketing campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
• Create and write administrative documents for external communications 

 Requirements:  

• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Passionate in child development 
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO 
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
• Required to work 5 days per week and on weekends
• Work at our headquarter studio in Sai Ying Pun
