Responsibilities:

• To assist Department Head to develop tactical marketing strategies to align with the business plan
• Prepare marketing materials including sales collaterals, trainings, presentations, counter cards, posters etc.
• Maintain close relationship with clients and develop new target segments
• Handle departmental hotline, answer customer enquiries and follow-up
• Liaise with internal teams, external agencies and business partners on marketing activities and projects
• Provide support to Marketing Department on daily operation and all marketing events and promotions.
• Conduct market intelligence
• Ad hoc project support as assigned by Department Head
• Prepare different marketing reports as required.

Requirements:

• University graduate / Higher Diploma in marketing or business related discipline;
• Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in sales and marketing field; preferably with insurance and brokerage exposure
• Strong communication, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Strong business sense, detail-minded, multi-tasking, result-oriented and able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
