• Align the direction set by both the Principals and the Company, establish and manage the PR, marketing and promotional strategies, to maximize business interests of the Company and induce additional business opportunities
• Monitor and control the PR and marketing budget.  Review and report regularly to Senior Management about the activities and expenditures.  By well allocation of the resources, keeping the budget controlled
• Work closely with buying and retail operations teams to monitor the sales and evaluate the executed or ongoing PR and marketing programs 
• Conduct appropriate adjustment to the strategies and keep the budget well balanced and controlled
• Establish and enhance the image & branding of principal, and maintain an effective relationship with the vendors, business partners & principals, related Government offices, and press/media
• Analyze current market situation and competitive activity to identify new approaches and opportunities

Requirements

• Degree holder in marketing or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years' of solid PR, marketing and brand management experience in fashion brands and PR agency are preferable, with at least 4 years at managerial level
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and leadership
• Strong PR network and relationship with media
• Excellent in analytical communication and interpersonal skills sense
• Strong project management skill, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
