Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and publicity
- Develop and execute marketing and sales promotional campaigns to drive business and product awareness for our brands through both online and offline channels
- Create and manage brand marketing assets to utilize at across all online and offline marketing channels and events (eg. website and social media)
- Coordinate all kind of PR activities, and the work before and after marketing events (eg. international exhibitions and customer seminars)
- Utilize retail marketing strategies to enhance sales and branding of our retail stores
- Provide relevant analysis with KPIs and activity reports to generate ROI
- Analyse and offer feedbacks on market situations, competitions and products
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager
- Assist in ad-hoc work upon requests
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in FMCG, online business, digital marketing or retail chain related industry
- Work experience in the organic product industry is a huge advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Creative and well-organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to excel in fact-pace and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, result-oriented team player
- Immediately available or short notice is preferred
