Principal Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and publicity
• Develop and execute marketing and sales promotional campaigns to drive business and product awareness for our brands through both online and offline channels
• Create and manage brand marketing assets to utilize at across all online and offline marketing channels and events (eg. website and social media)
• Coordinate all kind of PR activities, and the work before and after marketing events (eg. international exhibitions and customer seminars)
• Utilize retail marketing strategies to enhance sales and branding of our retail stores
• Provide relevant analysis with KPIs and activity reports to generate ROI
• Analyse and offer feedbacks on market situations, competitions and products
• Report directly to the Marketing Manager
• Assist in ad-hoc work upon requests

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in FMCG, online business, digital marketing or retail chain related industry
• Work experience in the organic product industry is a huge advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Creative and well-organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to excel in fact-pace and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, result-oriented team player
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred
