Key Job Accountability

• Assist in effective communications and liaison with various parties (both domestic and international parties) and find out relevant license application requirements of payment industry and financial service industry 

• Work closely with internal and external parties (both domestic and international parties) to assist in the correct preparation and submission of licenses application documents to the Government and regulators

• Work alongside relevant networks to ensure smooth communication and license applications, andfollow up closely in each stage till completely accomplished

• Perform data entry, ensure the accuracy and integrity of database system

• Take care of administrative and technical assistance, including but not limited to the Director’s agenda and other activities

• Monitor local and international industry policies, news and trends, conduct market research, develop and implement marketing initiatives

• Provide any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing and Media or related disciplines, working experience in payment industry or listing company will be a plus

• Good interpersonal skills, think ahead, self-confident and professional telephone manners

• Detail-oriented and accuracy driven, proactive and have good working attitude

• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua (both spoken and written) and strong communication skills

• Creative, acute, and strong and sensitive in data/information research

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Willing to learn, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure

• A pleasant and mature person as well as a good team player

• Occasional travel required

• Fresh graduates will be considered
