Responsibilities 

• Develop and manage the execution of CRM strategies that drives awareness, customer acquisition, retention, engagement and improve loyalty and advocacy. 
• Supervise CRM operations.
• Manage communications and marketing campaigns through owned and paid channels that directly impact user acquisition, engagement/ retention, conversion and churn.
• Connect and engage online and offline audiences across many touch points – paid and owned.
• Manage customer list, data collected and target segments for targeted marketing activities.
• On-going optimization of journey strategy based on data-driven analysis and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 
• 8 years of CRM and digital marketing experience.
• Experience developing and managing strategies and campaigns to grow customer database, and improve retention and engagement.
• Deep analytical skills and excel with the ability to develop marketing strategies based on findings.
• Strong project management, attention to detail and data-based decision-making skills.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior CRM Manager.
