Responsibilities:

•         Develop, manage and update the web page and social media accounts 

•         Drive consistent, relevant traffic from our social network presence 

•         Collaborate with other parties, initiate and execute campaigns on our social media channels 

•         Assist clients to identify issues, trends and opportunities and instantly drill down to the underlying sentiment 

•         Provide instant service support on problem shooting 

•         Handle ad hoc projects on request basis 

•         Plan and manage all Social Media platforms strategy including content creation, posting and monitoring social community 

•         Formulating and implementing sales/marketing strategies and action plans

Requirements:

•         Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or other related discipline
•         1 year or above relevant experience in social media management and digital content development
•         Strong research and writing skills
•         Relevant experience in agency, media or journalism is an advantage
•         Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
•         Experience in digital marketing agency or in-house marketing would be an advantage
•         Strong familiarity with Photography, Photoshop and Video editing are plus
•         Adhere to strict deadlines and may be required to work irregular hours
