Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Executive (Pocari Sweat & Oronamin C Drink), you will serve as the coordination point to make sure the team operates all marketing campaigns and daily routines smoothly and effectively.  You will also have the opportunity to participate in regular meetings, projects and to learn from senior colleagues and management.  The duties for this position include: 

• Assist in formulating the yearly marketing plan and through-the-line campaigns.
• Coordinate and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external parties for activities arrangement
• Assist in market research, customer analysis, and competitors’ studies. 
• Handle marketing administration tasks, data entry, reports and other Ad-Hoc tasks assigned.

Requirement:

• University Degree or above in Marketing/ Communications or equivalent
• Proficient in using MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and basic knowledge in Photoshop and AI.
• Passionate, self-motivated and can motivate other employees to achieve goals together
• Able to work at weekends
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (spoken Japanese and Mandarin would be an advantage)
• Good time management
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Fresh graduates are welcome. Applicant with less relevant experience may be offered as "Assistant Marketing Executive."
