Duties:

• Analyze property market data and write market research reports
• Develop and maintain database
• Prepare sales brochure, promotion leaflets, presentation materials, etc.
• Assist seniors in preparation of seminars / presentation
• Update news in website and marketing materials

Requirements:

• University graduates majoring in English / marketing / statistics / business / economics / real estate 
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) 
• Familiar with using Excel for data analyses and Powerpoint for presentation 
• At least 2 years’ relevant experiences, candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position
• Willing to travel
