Job Summary

To promote and implement the digital health platform and support overall provider experience improvement

Job Responsibilities

• Enhance the experience of the providers and customers by promoting the use of the digital health engagement platform
• Support medical providers and the staff with the digital health resources including the e-OP Platform, e-PA, and EDI integration
• Participate in the development, delivery, evaluation of training and support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are able to effectively participate in the Digital Health Platform
• Identify and improve overall provider experience, and resolve various process improvement
• Disseminate and provide accurate and up-to-date (e.g. upgrades and updates) of the digital health platform to the medical providers
• Collect and gather feedback on the Digital Health Platform on an ongoing basis and report to management
• Adopt data analytic approach to monitor utilization patterns, feedback, and servicing issues about the digital health platform
• Provide onsite and technical support on the digital health platform to the medical providers including medical clinics, group practices and hospitals
• Work with the external vendors to support the business initiatives
• Other duties / projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• University graduate preferably with major in life science
• Over 3 years of working experience in the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of contract medicine and managed care is a preferred
• Good presentation and negotiation skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Independent, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Experienced in sales and marketing support is preferred
