We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/ Executive to manage organization of key client projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and execution of multiple key events simultaneously
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• May travel to China or overseas from time to time for site inspections and on-site management to ensure full coordination of logistics and on-site teams
• Work well under pressure to meet established deadlines
• Work with the team to ensure adherence to the client’s standards of operation
• 5 working days per week
  
  

Requirements

• Working experience as a project administrator is preferable
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of management or marketing
• Hands-on, fast-paced, strong in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient with MS Office
