WHAT it's about:
- Own and develop brand awareness strategies across all digital channels
- Lead a team of executives to develop innovative performance strategies
- Spearhead unique and meaningful campaigns
- Always be at the forefront of the latest market trends
- Spearhead results-driven media relations campaigns for the brand
- Establish important KPIs in line with the brand’s overall marketing goals and lead the team to deliver set targets
WHAT you'll need:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO/SEM, Search, Display, etc)
- Creative flair, sense of style and an excellent understanding of Digital Marketing techniques
- At LEAST 2 years in an e-commerce role (health and beauty sectors strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in creating and executing innovative performance marketing campaigns to drive brand exposure and awareness
- Previous team management experience is a big plus
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
- Experience in international markets (The US/Europe/UK, Australia)
- Genuine interest in Health/Fitness and/or beauty industries - previous experience is an advantage
