Everyday 

• You will be the voice of the venues, bringing the very best from these places and telling the stories found within “just right” to the communities of Hong Kong, and further afield.
• You will create and coordinate, engaging, on-brand content across all of JIA Group’s channels, with a strong focus placed on social media platforms. You will deliver this content in accordance with deadlines owing to your proactive nature.
• Your passion for content and all things digital will see you play a role in inspiring your peers, drive audience growth, find stories within and outside our spaces.
•  In this role, you'll be working with passionate, talented individuals both in head office, on the floor and externally. 

The Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver exceptional content that drives audience growth and engagement, brand awareness and where applicable, deliver clicks to conversions.
• You will roll out this content on a number of group owned platforms and channels in accordance with set deadlines, liaising with other members of the department to maximise distribution and effectiveness of content.
• Liaise closely with team members both within own department and in operations to ensure accurate promotions, and pricing are conveyed to audiences
• Proactively monitor trends in the food, beverage and design space, engaging in trends across other media platforms, sharing best practice finds and delivering insights to the team
• Coordinate a number of external contributors (photographers, videographers and copywriters)
• Adhere to monthly budgets, traffic and engagement variances, providing insights to the team.
• Set benchmarks and processes for maintaining quality, integrity, timeliness, and authenticity.

The ideal person will have:

• Minimum two years experience in creating, managing and distributing content, preferably online.
• A passion for, and broad knowledge of the food, beverage and design scenes both in Hong Kong, and internationally. Previous F&B experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal (English is a must with Cantonese is preferable)
• Hands on experience establishing and interacting with online communities.
• Good analytical interpretation and ability
• Broad content creation skill set, including copy writing, editing and management of photography/video/visual assets.
• Experience with photography and video content creation a plus.
• Excellent organisational and management skills. You understand a deadline.
• Willingness to attend various events and functions (sometimes outside of regular hours) as a JIA Group representative
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Desire to collaborate with, and contribute to, a proactive start-up team.
• Journalism, communications or editing/publishing qualifications a plus.
• Must be Hong Kong based or willing to relocate
