JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop customized, unique, and innovative itineraries for tours
• Contacting members/suppliers, arranging and coordinating all logistical details of familiarization tour;
• Organizing a tour, including recruiting, executing and follow up
• Provide customer/clients service and inquiries via phone and emails
• Touching up copywriting and editing marketing copies
• Managing digital marketing campaigns, devising strategies, implementing plan
• Managing social media accounts
• Devising online and offline promotion plans

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Responsible, hard-working and able to work independently
• Customer-focused, proactive and eager to learn
• Experience in Travel industry/ Tourist Guide Pass holder will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Immediate available preferred
