Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide assessment services, plan and organize presentation ceremonies for major industry award programmes
  • Manage funding and sponsorship program on preparing marketing events, organizing seminars, supporting recruitment/ applications
  • Develop and monitor corresponding projects documentations, reports, presentations, project deliverables, event plan and regular reporting
  • Plan, manage and execute a matrix of marketing and publicity activities for funding and sponsored projects including events seminars, expos, workshops or promotional materials and social media marketing tools
  • Support and coordinate multiple stakeholders including internal cross-division members, government officials, industry associations & vendor management to broaden the network of corresponding projects
  • Handle enquiries and provide consultation services of projects to the public, applications or other interested parties
  • Liaise with industry associations to conduct regular seminars to disseminate industrial initiatives facilitated by Hong Kong Productivity Council
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience, preferable in related discipline
  • Experience in operating funding project or government project an advantage
  • Good project management and report writing
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Hands-on knowledge in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
