Our client is a listed property developer with footprint in HK, China and Oversea markets with wide variety property projects. To cope with their business expansion in residential property division, they are looking for a Team Leader to join their business.

Main Duties:

• The Marketing Manager is responsible for formulating sales and marketing strategies and activities for the Company’s property portfolios in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Lead the team to meet the business objectives and goals.
• Manage and supervise the advertising & promotional campaigns (offline and online) with agencies, manage the development and productions of marketing materials, work closely with media agencies on media buy & plan strategies, and manage the PR events.
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis;
• Manage budget plan and prepare reports to high management.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Marketing / Business Administration/Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years related work experience in marketing for preferably residential properties in property developer side.
• Creative, open-minded and good leadership
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent market sense and understanding of property market in Hong Kong & Macau.
• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Marketing Manager.
