Responsibilities:

- Maintain relationship with customers throughout excellent customer service

- Assist in preparing proposals, project pitching and clients presentation as well as maintaining good clients relationships for recurring businesses

- Able to manage and coordinate well with outsource parties and vendors

- Handle tender documents and liaise with prospective clients

- Assisting in ad hoc marketing / promotional activities

Job Requirements:

- Tertiary Education & Above in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications or equivalent

- Min. 1 year marketing / account servicing experience in design or advertising agency

- Aggressive, hardworking, willing to learn and able to work under pressure

- Energetic, with self-initiative, excellent communication & negotiation skills to handle challenging situations

- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

- Experience to manage multi-national accounts and to work independently in a fast-paced environment
