Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle donor enquiries and complaints via telephone, mail and email in professional manner and ensure to meet service standards
- Handle all kinds of donations and receipt issuance individually
- Follow-up with donors promptly and ensure to meet service standards
- Write up templates and donor’s communications materials.
- Liaise with internal and external parties related to donation issues
- Maintain and update donor information on adhoc or regular basis
- Assist Supervisor to compile and analyze donation figures
- Supervise, train and coordinate colleagues and volunteers to handle donor enquiries
Requirement:
- Form 5/equivalent or above
- At least five subjects pass in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese & English
- At least 1 year’s working experience; experience in customer service field and call centre would be an definitely advantage
- Self-motivated, patient, detail-minded and independent
- Able to work under pressure, team player and good interpersonal skill, service-oriented and with analytical skills
- Proficiency in English & Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Passionate and committed to humanitarian works
