Responsibilities

- Conduct market researches and customer surveys
- Monitor traffic trend and conduct analysis
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Execute ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

- DSE/ Diploma or above
- Related experience preferred
- Good communications and writing skills
- Good at the analysis
- Familiar with Microsoft office (word, excel and powerpoint) and social media operation
