Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate seminars and events for IT professionals
• Manage office website and social media channels
• Handle public enquiries and complaints
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Perform any duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder of Business, Multimedia, Journalism, Communication, Social Sciences or related disciplines (Non-degree holder with sound skills or experience will also be considered)
• Knowledge of video editing, design software (Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop) and Chinese word processing is a must
• Ability to turn complex ideas into visual content that reach a wide audience
• Experience in digital marketing, handling complaints, client relations and event management is an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, detail-minded and a good team-player

Salary: $12,000 to $15,000 /month

Work location: Legislative Council Complex in Central
