Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up whole cosmetics/skin care product development process and ensure adherence to approved cost, quality and delivery standards
  
• Ensure inventory levels of various product categories are controlled within reasonable size during both slack and peak seasons
  
• Manage world round cosmetics supplier matrix, identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate product costing
  
• Monitor the delivery schedule and ensure conformance with product specifications for all OEM orders
  
• Develop and maintain good long-term relationships with business partners to optimize business opportunities
  
• Assist in the preparing business analysis reports
  
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in Management, Marketing or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in purchasing / sourcing, cosmetics/skin care product is preferred   
• Solid experience in dealing with cosmetics suppliers especially in Asia Pacific
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of cosmetics market with strong commercial sense will be a plus
• Market-focused with strategic thinking and excellent negotiation skills
• A good team and multi-tasked player with strong drive for result with good interpersonal, problem-solving skill and team spirit
• Proactive, independent and well-organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications, is a must
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
