Job Detail:

Responsibilities:

• Handle general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
• Provide good customer services to clients   
• Marketing Materials Preparation     
• Well prepared for any presentation kit and sales quotation
• Participate in client meeting and client visit
• Provide contribution to sustain current clients
• Explore new business opportunities through cold call, participation in fairs and website checking
• Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree
• At least 1 years working experience in Customer Service and Marketing (FMCG will be an advantage) 
• Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
