Job responsibilities:

- Assist in handling marketing plan and activities for brand development.

- Develop marketing collateral and promotional materials.

- Explore and identify joint promotion opportunities.

- Assist in ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.

- organize and execute corporate events including CSR activity.

- maintain Group website, Facebook and instagram

- Manage and monitor mystery shopper program

- Deliver professional customer service in customer enquiries and complaints through phone calls, emails and online channels

Job Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree holder in Communications/ Hospitality Management or related discipline.

• At least 2 years marketing and customer-relations experience, preferably in hospitality industry

• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Courteous, patient and positive attitude is highly preferred

• Detail-minded, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure

• Good command of written and spoken both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)

• Immediately available is preferred
