Job Responsibilities:

• Organize events and activities such as the annual sports tournament, press conferences;
• Plan and executive the advertising and PR activities for a number of expositions, including Hong Kong Food Carnival and Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo;
• Build and maintain close relationships with political and district groups;
• Assist in preparing press materials, speeches and producting corporate video and publications;
• Perform all ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge in using computer including MS PowerPoint, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Min. 3 years of experience in marketing and / or event management.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
