We are looking for

an energetic, positive and customer service oriented individual with a strong interest in retail operations to join our thriving team.

Key Duties

• To ensure that all in-out bound customer contact is dealt with in a timely and on brand manner
• Process all customer telephone/online orders meticulously
• Daily management and checks of orders with HQ and to tally in the system
• To manage customer complaints objectively and ensure our company’s image is uphold at all times
• To support driving our social channels in line with our promotional marketing strategy
• To manage any outbound customer phone surveys or sales campaigns
• To manage the review and posting of customer reviews
• To attend ad-hoc marketing, PR and Retailer events to support the brand from a customer service prospective
• Maintain and manage customer databases and membership/ loyalty programmes
• ‘Can do’ attitude to work in a very fast-growing and vibrant team, being the linchpin to support the wider team whilst taking a lead of our customer service
• Other Adhoc duties as advised by the management

Requirements

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal (English & Putonghua included)
• Strong organizational skills
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experiences required
