Job responsibilities:

-        Assist and coordinate Licensee’s daily submission duty.

-        Assist licensing managers in managing licensing projects in Hong Kong.

-        Facilitate the growth of ongoing projects for difference cartoon characters in Hong Kong and multi- territories around Asia.

-        Assist the team to prepare licensing documentation including proposal, application, royalty reports, market research, invoicing … etc.

-        Provide daily clerical & administrative support to the team, showroom arrangement, etc.

-        Assist in ad-hoc projects & event as assigned.

-        Business travel is required when necessary.

Requirement:

-        Diploma or above of Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines

-        Solid experience in licensing and characters business would be an advantage.

-        Hardworking, self-motivated, good communication & responsible personality and able to work with tight schedule.

-        Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin

-        Familiar in Microsoft Word, Chinese Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation.

-        Occasionally work on weekends or public holidays to support ad-hoc event.

-        Immediate available preferred.

-        Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Licensing Executive
