Responsibilities:

• Assist in catalogue production; including but not limited to labeling, size measurement, product descriptions and photography
• Collaborate with designer, marketing team and external parties to plan, coordinate and execute auctions and different kinds of promotional activities
• Ensure accuracy of inventories by keeping track of quantity and movement
• Provide back-up and onsite support at auctions and promotional events
• Handle data entries and maintain filing system
• Provide general administrative support & other ad-ho tasks as required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Organized, self-motivated, energetic with excellent interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn and take on new challenges
• Attentive to details and able to work and deliver under pressure
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent command in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese; written Chinese and English
• Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator would be advantageous
• Interest in Chinese Tea esp. puer tea is desirable. Chinese tea art training will be offered to the right candidate.
• Native Mandarin Speaker or PRC background are welcomed
