The job holder will be mainly responsible for achieving our client satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of consumer insight reports to our clients and presenting value-added findings and recommendations in relation to marketing information.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage delivery of industry trend reports and client presentation
• Lead client and other stakeholder feedback and enquiries handling
• Supervise or train other team members to foster strong teamwork in achieving the overall team objective
• Support other ad-hoc initiatives, if any

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate with around 5 years of trade marketing, brand/ product/ category marketing or merchandising experience in FMCG or Retail Industry
• Customer loyalty management experience will be an asset but not a must
• Customer focused with excellent people and project management skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skill with good numerical sense
• Sharp business acumen and strive for excellence
• Good verbal and written English and Cantonese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Manager
