Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning, event management, manpower solutions.
• Assist in preparing reports, project admin, clients presentation and field supervision.
• Liaise with all relevant parties including Clients / Retailers to make sure all parties’ expectations are aligned as well as maintaining good clients relationships for recurring businesses.
• Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
• Handle other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Fresh graduate is considerable. Admin, marketing, PR or promotions related field is preferred.
• Experience in event marketing / advertising / PR agencies is definitely an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong communications, interpersonal skill and be a good team player.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Travel is required.
