Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans and marketing initiatives that drive the e-Learning & e-Services business.
  • Assist CEO in developing strategic content relevant for the digital environment.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, Strategic & Functional Business Units, as well as external vendor(s) to develop and deploy engaging site content, style, multimedia, graphic content, and flow.
  • Manage the organization, timing, and delivery of materials.
  • Create and publish engaging content and programmes.
  • Prepare English content for localization for global audiences.
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts.
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection).
  • Create, maintain, and evaluate standards and guidelines for site(s) management and content design.
  • Develop user materials and guides with the support of vendor(s) for internal and external users.
  • Provide adoption and deployment support to customers/users where necessary.
  • Work with Technical Team(s) to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
  • Actively engage with regional teams to increase awareness and buy-in amongst internal teams/users.
  • Provide training and support to regional teams in the area of e-Learning, e-Services, and related areas.
  • Collaborate and coach members of the e-Learning & e-Services team.
  • Conduct user research to evaluate and improve the quality of the user experience and learner patterns.
  • Research related industry trends and best practices and share/present them on appropriate platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
  • Other reasonable and lawful duties as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • With at least 5 years of experiences and working knowledge in eLearning development and operations
  • With experiences in marketing service products
  • Innovative, system thinking and strategic
  • Strong analytical and quick problem solving skills
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
