Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with airlines globally, especially for middle-age (i.e. between 10-20 years old) aircraft operators.
• Originate placement & leasing opportunities with airline operators, for middle age commercial aircraft.
• Lead the deal team to close middle-age aircraft leasing transactions, such as negotiate lease extension, return aircraft from first lease, re-market the middle aircraft to next operator, etc.
• Conduct industry research and data/credit analysis to design marketing and leasing strategy.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• At least 20 years’ experience in aviation related business including time spent in aircraft leasing companies.
• At least 10 years’ experience in middle age aircraft leasing transactions, with strong track records of transferring middle aged aircraft from one operator to another operator, between jurisdictions and airworthiness standards.
• Have solid knowledge main lease terms for middle age aircraft in current market environment.
• Good relationship with airlines worldwide, particularly in N&S American, Europe and African.
• Engineering background is preferred, understand aircraft technical conditions.
• Strong business acumen with good sense of deal closing.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, good team player, customer focused, ability to take responsibility and lead projects.
