Passion in creating, managing and executing large scale creative projects for luxury or lifestyle clients and the ability to take the initiative in order to achieve exceptional results. Candidates must have solid event management and marketing experience and has the ability to manage multiple projects and teams with internal team and clients.

Key Responsibilities       

• Responsible for the overall management, planning and execution. Working closely with Senior Marketing Manager and Clients.
• Liaise with external parties for planning and execution of various events and marketing campaigns;
• Conduct marketing events and campaign effectively and efficiently;
• Prepare promotion, presentation and meeting materials;
• Support various marketing activities, such as events and collateral productions, etc.;
• Handle ad-hoc projects/reports as assigned.
• Drive the company’s brand initiatives with internal marketing team to ensure promotions and marketing targets are aligned.
• Ensure effective communications with internal and external stakeholders at all times

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, PR or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years related experience in marketing and events, preferrably in large scale events;
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Able to work both independently and in a team with initiatives;
• Fast learner, problem solver, and self-motivated individual;
• Attention to detail and multitasking with prioritization skill;
• Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
• Occasional travel is required;
• Willing to work with flexible hours when needed;
• Good command of English and Chinese in speaking and writing;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
