Job Duties:

- Assist in handling key account / retail channels

- Daily communicate and coordinate with sales team and logistics team on stock delivery issues

- Report checking and consolidate sales data

- Place order delivery via internal system

- Handle telephone enquiries, data entry and document filing

- Prepare marketing materials production

- Assist in sales and marketing duties or ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

- High diploma above in business management or marketing or relevant               discipline

- 1 year relevant working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered

- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

- Interested in beauty and skincare industry
