Job Description
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for preparing quotations, tenders, proposals and agreements. Besides, he/she needs to prepare internal & external and sales analysis reports for management meetings, and to provide support on ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Banking and Finance is much preferred
- At least 3 year's of relevant experience in MNC environment, experience working in Legal Firm or Financial Institution would be an advantage
- Able to draft business proposals, contracts and business presentation materials, as required
- High ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Aggressive and outgoing personality; boundless energy and consistent performance
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
