• Develop, implement and manage 360 degree marketing campaigns that promote the company
• Manage digital marketing initiatives with content management: website, mobile & social media, O2O activation in supporting business growth and retail operation
• Manage external agencies / vendors to implement the digital advertising and consumer activation campaigns
• Establish and implement tracking and evaluation system to monitor all digital & e-com activities effectiveness based on aligned KPI
• Explore and create interesting angle in digital marketing landscape
• Prepare marketing collateral, promotional materials & GWP
• Execute and monitor routine retail promotion activities & mall communication
• Perform an-hoc duties as assigned

We are looking for

• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, communication or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years related experience in Marketing from Agency / Retail / Fashion related field
• Strong business and marketing acumen with creativity and alertness to market & digital trends
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Good media network, excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Good project management skill and able to meet tight deadline 
• Creative, detail-oriented, able to work independently and multi-task and with strong passion in digital marketing
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
