Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, marketing support and customer services works to the different projects for events and exhibitions
- Assist in proofreading of promotional and printed materials
- Handle quotation arrangement, maintain website update & filing system, database management, co-ordinating sales & marketing activities
- Prepare marketing material, liaise with vendor and check invoice
- Undertake on-site support to the different projects
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business Administration, Communications or above; with at least 3 year solid working experience
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC software (e.g. MS Word, Excel (Pivot Table & V-lookup), PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduate OR Less experience candidates will also consider as Assistant Position
