Responsibilities:

• To formulate and monitor CRM strategic plans and objective
• To arrange in CRM promotions to drive customer loyally and business sales
• To develop customer communication via different above-the-line, below-the-line and digital channels
• To strengthen and enhance brand image
• To collect, measure analyze of Digital Data
• To monitor the performance of consumer engagement including awareness, brand interaction and conversion and usage behavior tracking

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field with at least 8 years of experience of CRM program, CRM analytics or customer engagement from sizable serve-based company
• Experience in Retail / Wholesale is preferable
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good analytical skills and a can-do attitude
• Strong leadership, presentation, problem solving skills, analytical power and opened mind, mature, creative, good communication and presentation skill
