Role Overview

You will be working with the Creative team, reporting to Editorial & Marketing teams. As a handy Creatives intern you will be supporting the growth of Tink Labs as the voice of the brand. You will help create, grow and manage editorial & social media channels of the company. Learn how we build our brand presence as the purveyor in revolutionary IoT hospitality solutions.

Requirements

• Understudying a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Languages
• Interested in Technology & Travel
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, literacy in Chinese is a plus
• Some experience managing Facebook pages in a community project.
• Have the ability to use Adobe Photoshop (bonus), basic skills suitable
• Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities

Editorial:

• Write and copy-edit content for travel newsfeed & city guides in English and/or Chinese
• Chinese literacy support for special campaign translations
• Assist with managing CMS to update & organize content-related resources
• Handle requests on Editorial helpdesk
• Monitor & manage quality of content—vocabulary, grammar & punctuation
• Support searchability of content with strategic upload & article tagging

Marketing:

• Support editorial & marketing teams through co-creation & management of content
• Build brand awareness through social media channels: Linkedin, IG, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus+
• Review analytics and provide input for social media Insights
• Measure social engagement of readership content on digital platforms e.g. blog posts
• Research & post engaging content for public audience & internal staff
• Contribute input for internal company newsletter to share across APAC & EU markets
• Read & write up industry insights to launch & highlight product pushes 
• Support design team with creative assets for campaigns
• Basic Adobe Photoshop skills (bonus) for image creation and text for promotional display
