EXPECTED ROLES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Graphic Design or related disciplines.
• Over 7 years experience in managing a creative team and creative / production workflow preferably in advertising agency
  
• Good branding sense, and able to work according to client's marketing strategies and style guides
• Be experienced enough to recognize big ideas and understand the best ways of executing these ideas
• Able to perform conceptual development and execution of creatives for ATL & BTL campaigns.
• With Virtual Reality knowledge and event production experiences are an advantage
• Communications in high quality manner
• Well versed in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering, Video Editing & other design softwares
• Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, independent with strong layout and typographic sense 
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English and Chinese
