Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Directors in maximizing revenue and distribution by providing sales and contract support.
• Input contract details on in-house system for TV licensing contracts working along with business affairs in the creation of TV contracts for Sales Directors.
• Liaising with clients regarding contracts and invoices.
• Accurate and efficient input on our company-wide rights management system with regards to licenses, amendments and client information.
• Accurate preparation of detailed reports including programme availabilities, sales history & expiry reports.
• Liaise with London Headquarters on finance, marketing, material delivery and rights issues.
• Organize trade fair booth logistics for TV markets.
• Assist in compiling sales reports, availability checks, ordering screeners, and presentation materials.
• Conduct sales and marketing research and research analysis.
• Arrange and schedule appointments for Sales Directors including organising sales trips and TV markets. 
• General administrative work including compiling expense reports, updating client database and travel arrangements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in television/media industry preferred.
• Excellent at Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Salesforce, Gmail and Mac Interface (preferred).
• Analytical, detailed-oriented, organised.
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Pro-active, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and hard working.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability (preferred).
• HKID Holder is a must.
• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder.
