Responsibilities:

• Assist and support Project Team for all projects
• Understand client’s requirement and provide the suggestion / solution and action plan for the client’s enquiry
• Liaise & coordinate with clients for project follow up
• Working closely with vendors & internal production teams to plan, develop, execute and implement campaign / projects
• Prepare proposal and tender documentation
• Liaise with production team to ensure timely and quality delivery
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in either printing/production house/ advertising/events industries is an advantage
• Ability to work with different departments and level of people
• Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and meeting tight deadlines
• Customer oriented, mature, results driven and attention to detail
• Good organization skills and time management
• Proficient in MS project, Vision, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Knowledge on Photoshop is a plus.
