The Opportunity: Traffic & Presentation Executive (1 year Contract)

We are looking for a candidate with great passion for TV and good communication skills who will be in charge of scheduling promos and commercials for National Geographic Channels. You will work with various departments to prepare transmission logs for the channel and ensure that all commercial and promo materials are accurately scheduled in the logs within the given timelines.

 

This role will be based in Hong Kong.

           

Your contribution to the team:

  • Insert and schedule commercials, on-air promotions and presentation elements in the traffic system.
  • Construct, strategize and schedule daily channel transmission logs.
  • Assist in planning on-air promotion campaigns.
  • Liaise with Ad Sales team on commercial bookings and materials.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work non-office hours.

 

Your profile

  • University graduate
  • 1-2 years broadcasting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient with computers and basic office software.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the TV industry in Australia a plus.
