A fantastic financial publisher with excellent coverage are expanding their Hong Kong team and are currently looking for a Reporter to focus on the China Market. They produce online content and news online through their media platform and website and collaborate with other publications to produce high calibre online and print content.

The role of Reporter will include:

* Reporting and writing high calibre financial content, writing daily news, features and opinions.
* Attending events, networking and building a name in the market.
* Regular face to face and phone contact with key stakeholders in the financial market, building relationships with investors, analysts and bankers.
* Keeping on top of industry trends and news within China's financial market.
* Working collaboratively with teams in-house, assisting with content for other publications where necessary.
* Attending regional events to grow network.

A successful Reporter will have the following:

* A confident personality with the ability to speak with different stakeholders of varying seniority.
* A good understanding and interest in reporting on the Chinese financial market such as capital markets and FX.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin.
* Strong editorial and writing skills and good journalistic skills.
* An entrepreneurial and self-reliant person
* Financial journalism experience isn't essential but good English writing and a keen interest to cover financial topics is necessary.
