The candidate is key member of the Sales & Marketing team responsible for the development of a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and surpass sales target, provide distributor management and support for our partners internationally.

He/She will also take a leading role to expand our presence regionally and internationally by acquiring new partners / distributors.

Job Duties:

• Direct responsibility of profit goals from assigned regions
• Development & implementation of our recommended "direct sales systems"
• Getting feedback on all new products, premiums and other initiatives
• Performance analysis of distributors through annual, quarterly and monthly reports
• Providing monthly and quarterly updates to distributors and the management
• Planning and managing distributor support budget
• Planning and managing annual and quarterly incentive programme
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all communications with distributors

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business and above
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in sales or business development; direct sales or FMCG experience is a plus
• Proven track record in sales results and customer relationship management
• Prior international markets experience is desired
• Strong presentation, project management and planning skills
• Committed and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Self-starter with excellent initiative to constantly value-add
• Strong business acumen, innovative, strategic thinker and the ability / passion to develop people
