Job Title: Regional Digital Production Manager
Reporting To: Deputy Head of Digital
Location: Hong Kong

Overview
-
This role combines digital production and project management skills to ensure successful delivery around key projects for Red Fuse in Asia.
-
Supports the campaign process (from ideation to execution) specifically the digital elements
-
Requires technical knowledge of digital projects including website, mobile, app, ecommerce etc
-
Works closely with Media, Data, and Account Management teams all key strategic initiatives
-
Works closely with global/regional tech and production teams for delivery of CP digital assets
Key roles and responsibilities
-
Work with agency teams to understand specific client requirements and project needs
-
Establish project requirements, cost, and finalized scope of work
-
Work with various WPP production teams across the region to deliver projects on time and make sure the client’s expectations/requirements are met.

Maintain local digital agency network relationships
-
Be the key regional point of contact for all local WPP digital agencies:
-
Conduct and host regular digital Work In Progress Meetings
-
Communicate and provide guidance/support to local Agency teams or local client partners around CP guidelines, creative and technology needs

Alignment of local project execution around key regional digital initiatives
-
Lead and manage process to ensure asset usage and image/talent rights are adhered to in Asia.

Work on and ensure that bespoke commercial project for Colgate are resourced, delivered, accurately budgeted for managed to client expectations.

Coordinate and communicate with Colgate CoE/ APAC Production Hub and act as regional technology hub in addition to the Red Fuse global technology group on key regional and global initiatives

Manage master asset production and local adaptations for regional lead IMC projects

Develop regional standards to apply to digital projects throughout the region on service, scope, cost

Manage digital APAC production budget, tracking spends with internal and external partners

Manage billing and invoicing process of digital projects - work with finance teams of CP regional division and other WPP agency partners

Local WPP agency partners (local digital agencies and production hubs)

Red Fuse Media, Shopper and account management teams

CP Regional IMC lead and Digital Brand Strategy teams

Red Fuse Global Technology Team (NY and Kansas)

Key skills/ requirements
-
Requires 3-5yrs experience working in a digital agency
-
Project management background of various digital projects (web, mobile, digital assets, ecommerce)
-
Strong understanding of digital asset production across social, mobile, web platforms and content management systems
-
Experience in small to medium deployment of websites
-
Experience is Adobe Experience Manager is desirable

Internal and external partners, vendor management

Budget tracking and cost management
-
Experience in strong project delivery (on quality, budget and schedule)
