• Oversee tracking and coordination on various marketing campaign, from event, production, costing to onsite execution
• Monitor the execution plan and schedule to utilize resources effectively and efficiently
• Manage and partner with internal team and third parties delivers the highest standard collaboration
• Liaise with production team and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Responsible on project cost control; prepare pre-show and post show relevant reports
• Client facing with accounting team, in-depth project management on process as project lead
• Schedule project meetings with teams, kick-off, crisis management, brief and debrief
• Offsite and oversea business trip might needed depends on the project nature

Yes, if you are:

• Degree holder or/ with 1-2 years relevant experiences in related agency 
• Well organized and detail minded, love to work as team player
• Able to work with tight schedule with a strong sense of responsibility
• Passion, integrity, energetic and a high level of energy
• Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of all levels of technical productions would be a bonus (e.g. Video, Lighting, Audio AutoCAD)
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Effective business communication and writing skill
