Job Brief:

We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to manage and develop Kelly+Partners key social media channels.

You will be required working at our Hong Kong office and report to the Digital Marketing coordinator in Australia.  

What does a Social Media Specialist do?

The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement, intimacy and website traffic through leveraging all of Kelly+Partners social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and twitter.

Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimise the content so it is engaging on those channels. The role will work directly with the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and post existing video content across Kelly+Partners Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts daily, ensuring the correct video format is used on each channel and post description is approved before posting.
• Schedule and post existing ‘Instagram quotes and images’ across Kelly+Partners Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts daily, ensuring the correct image format is used on each channel and post description is approved before posting.
• Assist in curating the look and feel of the Kelly+Partners social media channels and providing.
• Create content schedules and plans.
• Ensure all social media software is up to date and social accounts are working with the software system.
• Produce a monthly social media report containing new followers gained over the month.
• Moderate all user comments and submit to the marketing team daily
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, HR) to executive social media marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Fluency in English
